logi.PLC CM is a system solution by which you can realize a predictive maintenance of your machines/plants.

Methods for maintenance

If you maintain machines/plants, you can decide between these methods for maintenance:

  • firefighting tactics: The problem will be corrected after it occurs.
  • Sample applications: telephones, razors
  • the proactive maintenance: The entire machine/plant or parts of it are maintained in certain, previously defined intervals.
  • Sample applications: oil change for cars without board computer, regular lubrication for presses
  • the predictive maintenance: The entire machine/plant or critical parts of it are monitored and their "state of health" is evaluated. Maintenance is done, if required.
  • Sample applications: oil change for cars with board computer, vibration measuring with engines in order to detect occurring storage damages or balancing at an early stage
